UpgradeGuard is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or connected to Priority Software Ltd. "Priority" and related names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here solely to describe compatibility with the Priority ERP system.
What the report is — and what it is not
An UpgradeGuard report tells you which objects in your environment differ from a clean reference copy of a target Priority version, and grades each difference by how likely it is to matter. It is a planning and risk-assessment aid.
It is not a guarantee that an upgrade will succeed, not a certification of compatibility, and not a substitute for testing the upgrade in a test environment or for taking a full backup first.
Accuracy and its limits
- The comparison is deterministic and repeatable, but it is only as good as the reference copy of the target version it compares against, and it can only see what is present in your metadata.
- Severity grades are rules of thumb applied by code, not a professional judgement about your specific business. An item graded low can still matter to you; an item graded critical may turn out to be harmless in your case.
- The optional Ninja Review summary is AI-generated and may be incomplete or wrong. Always verify it against the underlying findings.
- A report reflects your environment at the moment it was generated. It goes out of date as soon as anything changes.
Your responsibility
- You are responsible for the environment you connect the Agent to, and for every decision or change you make on the basis of a report.
- UpgradeGuard reads your metadata and never writes to your Priority tables — but you should still prefer a read-only database login, as the safe default.
- Always test an upgrade in a non-production environment, and take a verified backup, regardless of what a report says.
Reports, credits and billing
- Reports are paid for as credits. New accounts receive a number of free credits; free credits have no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
- The comparison and its summary counts are shown to you free of charge, before you commit. One credit is consumed at the moment you confirm and generate the full report.
- If a report fails to generate because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will restore the credit. Email priorityninja@gmail.com with the date and the versions you were comparing.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, and may change; the price agreed at the time of purchase is the one that applies.
- A report can be reopened from your Report History for 12 months, after which it is deleted. Download anything you need to keep for longer than that.
Availability
UpgradeGuard is in early access and is provided without any uptime or availability commitment. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, or withdrawn, without notice.
Provided "as is"
Except where the law says otherwise, UpgradeGuard is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
